In December, Erivo spoke to ET’s Deidre Behar at the Kennedy Center Honors, discussing the special connection between she and Grande. She revealed this special song ‘For Good” was meaningful to them “it was a really special day. We filmed it over a week [and] we felt like it was a lot for the both of us, in our hearts, you know?” Erivo also expressed her admiration for Grande, expressing
“I mean, she’s wonderful. It’s been really wonderful working together. We seem to have found this wonderfully easy rhythm together…when we are able to sing together, it really works. We just sort of find each other, so it’s been lovely to work with her. It’s like finding a family member you didn’t know you had.”
The highly anticipated screen adaptation of ‘Wicked’ will be released in two parts. The first, ‘Wicked: Part One’, is scheduled for release on Nov. 27, 2024, while the second, ‘Wicked: Part Two’, will be released on Nov. 26, 2025.
